Extra Detail Card

Due to the custom nature of this product, returns are not available once your extra card(s) have been designed and/or ordered. If there's an issue with your product upon arrival, please let us know by emailing info@bbsweddinginvites.com. We'll be sure to make it right!

1. Within 24-48 hours after checking out, you'll be sent a personalized 'Information Gathering' form to collect all of your wedding details, design preferences and more. There will be a spot in this form to collect your Extra Detail Card information and design preferences.  

2. Once we receive your completed form, we'll review your responses. If we have any questions, we'll reach out before we begin designing. If everything is clear, we will get started designing.  

3. Your Extra Detail Card design(s) will be included in your first design proof, along with the full designs for each suite card, envelope, and any other add-on's you've booked.
