-
When should I order my Save the Dates and/or Invitation Suite?Ideally, we recommend contacting us to begin the stationery process one year out from your wedding date (and now more than ever while dates are booking up quickly and so far out). If you're interested in only booking Invitation Suites (not Save the Dates), we would recommend no later than 7 months out to guarantee we can accommodate for your ideal mailing schedule.
-
When should my Save the Dates and Invitation Suites be mailed? We recommend mailing your Save the Dates out 6-7 months before your wedding date, and your Invites 2-4 months before your wedding date. If you're having a lot of out of town guests, a destination wedding, or getting married on a holiday week/weekend, we recommend sending your Save the Dates out 8-9 months before your wedding date and your Invites 3-5 months out. This will give guests proper time to prepare.
-
Is a deposit required to book?Yes; a 50% deposit of your estimated price is required to book with us. The remainder of your balance will be billed at the end of the design process prior to your stationery being mailed. Final printed goods will not be mailed/provided until the remaining balance is paid in full.
-
How will my custom stationery process be managed? Each Berries & Blooms couple receives a personalized client portal hosted through Dubsado. All of your documents, proofs and important notes will live there during the duration of your stationery process. The client portal makes communication and the entire process seamless, smooth and almost too easy!

Options on Coordinating Your RSVPs
TRADITIONAL MAIL-BACK METHOD
If you prefer guests mail their responses back to you through snail mail, we have you covered! Outside of collecting the guest name(s) and number of people attending, we'll customize the RSVP card design to capture 1-3 other pieces of information that you need; this can cover entrée selections, song requests, dietary restrictions, marital advice for the couple, and more! See some examples below.
Recommended for couples whose guest list may be less tech-savvy.

PROVIDING A CHOICE
You can also give guests the choice of how they want to respond; by mail or digitally. This can also help increase the number of responses you'll receive in a timely manner since guests can respond in the format they feel most comfortable. Outside of collecting the guest name(s) and number of people attending, you still have the option of customizing the RSVP card design to capture 1-3 other pieces of information that you need; this can cover entrée selections, song requests, dietary restrictions, marital advice for the couple, and more! See some examples below.
Recommended for couples who have a diverse guest list and don't mind managing two separate RSVP avenues.

THE MODERN APPROACH: ONLINE ONLY
Asking guests to respond digitally through a wedding website has quickly gained popularity as the capabilities and options available have grown tremendously over the last few years. You not only have the option of receiving the answer of each guest's attendance, but you can also capture other information you may need to know (like entrée selections, song requests, dietary restrictions, etc). For ease of use, we can also populate a QR code that connects to your wedding website and is placed on the back of the card so the front design is clean and timeless but functionality is still extremely user-friendly. See some examples below.
Recommended for couples who have a tech-savvy guest list and/or want to save money eliminating the need to include RSVP Envelopes plus coordinating RSVP postage.
