Custom Map Illustration

There will be a spot in your 'Information Gathering' form for you to upload reference photos, requested locations to include, etc.

Please include as many reference photos as you feel will be helpful to convey your vision. Please indicate any specific requests as well, including features to highlight, features to exclude, relevant items in the photos, etc.

Due to the custom nature of this product, returns are not available once your venue has been illustrated. If there's an issue with your illustration, please let us know and we'll be sure to make it right!

1. Within 24-48 hours after checking out, you'll be sent a personalized 'Information Gathering' form to collect all of your wedding details, design preferences and more. There will be a spot in this form to collect your Map Illustration reference photo(s), notes and preferences.

2. Once we receive your completed form, we'll review your responses. If we have any questions, we'll reach out before we begin designing. If everything is clear, we will get started designing.

3. Your Map Illustration will be included in your first design proof, along with the full designs for each suite card, envelope, and any other add-on's you've booked.

Please review our Semi-Custom Collection Guide before placing your order for an overview of the design process, timeline, FAQ's, add-on options and more.
