First, be sure to order one invitation suite per household – not per guest. (For example, a married couple would receive one invitation, not two separate invitations.)After accounting for one invitation suite per household on your guest list, we recommend you order at least an additional 10%. This allows for keepsakes, any last-minute guest address changes, guest list additions, USPS mishaps, or any errors that may occur during addressing. It’s always better to have a few more than to come up short!Tip – traditionally, adult roommates or adult children living with their parents should receive their own invitation suites.

Typically, orders can be ready to pick up or ship within ~5 weeks. Because of the personalized nature of our design process and our small business practices, we do not guarantee anything shorter than a 5-week turnaround without a rush fee. If no proof has been presented: 75% refund If a proof has been presented: 50% refund If a Print Agreement has been signed, but production has not begun: 25% refund Once production begins, no refunds will be accepted.

Yes! We offer a variety of Day-Of ceremony and reception items, all thoughtfully designed to coordinate with your established wedding suite. From ceremony programs to menus, place cards, table numbers, and more, we’ll carry your stationery’s colors, typography, illustrations, and overall aesthetic throughout your wedding day for a cohesive and beautifully designed "set". Please note that Day-Of Signage/Paper Goods are only offered to couples who have booked their invitation suites with us – not as standalone items.
