Yes – once you’ve selected the Day-Of Signage goods you’d like to book, we will collect a 50% deposit of that estimated price.The remainder of your balance will be billed at the end of the design process prior to your goods being shipped to you. But our design process is super flexible! Any changes that affect your investment (quantity, add-on's, etc.) will be added or removed from your final invoice.

For Semi-Custom couples – we offer paper goods only, with a maximum printing size of 11"w x 17"h. Any signage larger than 11" x 17" can be provided as a print-ready digital file. The couple will then be responsible for getting the sign printed via VistaPrint, FedEx, Staples, Etsy, or any other trusted print source.For Fully Custom couples – we offer signage printed on paper, weather-proof PVC (1/8"), Foamcore, linen-like fabric, reposition-able vinyl decal material, and more....with no size limitations!

Timelines can vary depending on how many pieces you’re ordering, how intricate the designs are, and which printing/production techniques are being used. For semi-custom couples, production is generally more streamlined, with a curated selection of sizes, substrates, and options to choose from so the process goes a bit faster. For fully-custom couples, there are significantly more possibilities when it comes to sizing, substrates, finishes, and display formats, so production and assembly can vary more widely depending on the scope of the order.As a general guideline, we recommend allowing 5–9 weeks for Day-Of Signage production and assembly. More extensive or intricate orders will be on the longer end of that estimated 5-9 week timespan, but we're always up-front and provide a specific timeline based on the details of your order. Unlike some print-on-demand companies, we do not print all pieces in-house. We also ensure that quality checks are happening at every point of the process. If you need your order in less than 5 weeks, please ask us about a rush.

For any applicable day-of items, we will provide a number of “blanks” that can be used in case of any last-minute guest changes that occur after your goods have gone to print (ex; personalized dinner menus, place cards, escort cards, etc.)

We’ll manage all of the nitty gritty details, and you’ll receive your day-of goods organized, labeled and ready to use!Think...Escort Cards with guest names and table numbers, menus with specific entrée selections and food allergies indicated, place cards with personalized thank you messages – these are just a few examples of variable data items that we’re happy to coordinate for you!

Yes—but assembly depends on which design experience you choose. For our fully-custom couples, assembly is included in your day-of order unless otherwise requested. From menus with attached place cards and ceremony programs with bows to escort cards with wax seals and everything in between, we’ll handle the finishing details and make sure everything arrives assembled, organized, labeled, and ready to use.For semi-custom couples, assembly is available as an upgrade if you’d rather have us handle the finishing touches. Otherwise, your day-of pieces will arrive unassembled and ready for you to put together. Either way, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to make assembly as seamless as possible.

No, at this time we only create day-of goods for couples who have booked us for their wedding invitations (whether that's semi-custom OR fully custom). This way, a design style has already been established, and we can move seamlessly into day-of details.
